Spa policies
A few simple rules to ensure everyone enjoys a calm and unhurried experience.
Reservation and deposit
All appointments are booked online through our secure Square booking system. A deposit of 30 % is required at the time of booking to confirm your ritual; the balance is paid in person during your visit. Prices shown are before taxes; GST (5 %) and QST (9.975 %) will be added to the final payment.
Cancellation and postponement
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more in advance will result in a fully refundable deposit or transfer to a later appointment. For cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained. Exceptions may be granted, at our discretion, in cases of justifiable force majeure.
Delays
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your ritual may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment, and the full price will still apply.
Health and comfort
Each ritual begins with a scalp and hair analysis and a short questionnaire (allergies, scalp and hair type, any conditions to report) to personalize a safe and comfortable experience. Our treatments focus on well-being and relaxation; we do not make medical diagnoses. Please inform your therapist of any discomfort you experience during your ritual.
Gift cards
Gift cards are available online on our Gift Cards page. They are valid for all our rituals and have no expiry date.
