What is a head spa?

The head spa is a Korean and Japanese-inspired treatment focused on the scalp and hair. It combines a deep yet gentle cleansing, warm organic oils, botanical treatments, and a relaxing scalp massage. Beyond healthier hair, most clients find it profoundly soothing—a true reset for the mind.

Is this good for my hair and scalp?

Yes. Healthy hair starts at the scalp. Our rituals help eliminate residue, nourish the scalp, promote circulation, and leave hair revitalized, all with organic herbs and oils.

Does each visit begin with an analysis?

Yes. Each ritual begins with an advanced analysis of the scalp and hair using specialized imaging to personalize your experience. This is solely for personalizing your well-being; we do not make any medical diagnoses.

Are your products truly organic?

Yes. We deliberately choose organic herbs and oils, without harsh or synthetic ingredients.

How long does a ritual last?

Treatments last from 60 to 120 minutes depending on the ritual: Chomul (60 min), Seori (75 min), HYGGEE Spa (90 min), and DAHANO Signature (120 min). You can find all the durations on our Services page.

How should I prepare?

To fully enjoy your ritual, we invite you to arrive with detangled hair, free of any styling products. We also recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in comfortably and begin your experience in a calm and serene atmosphere.

Can I receive a ritual if I wear extensions, braids, or a protective hairstyle?

To ensure the proper execution of our rituals and allow the treatments to fully reach the scalp, we are unfortunately unable to offer our services on wigs, hair extensions, locs, braids, weaves, or any other protective hairstyle or installation that may limit direct access to the scalp. The techniques and equipment used during our rituals could also alter or damage some of these hairstyles. Thank you for your understanding.

Should I mention my allergies or health conditions?

Yes, please. When booking online, you can indicate any allergies, scalp and hair type, and any other relevant conditions. This helps us tailor a safe and comfortable treatment for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit of 30 % is required to book. It is fully refundable or transferable to a future appointment if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. With less than 48 hours' notice, or in case of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited. Full details can be found on our Policies page.

Do you offer facial or hand and foot treatments?

At opening time, we are focusing on our head spa rituals. A facial treatment is included in some rituals (Seori and DAHANO Signature). Standalone facials, hand spa treatments, and foot and pedicure spa treatments will be available soon.

Do you sell gift cards?
